How much does same-day delivery cost in NYC?
$11 for the first 3 miles and $2 for each extra mile, plus $10 for a large package. You see the exact price before you book.
How fast is delivery?
A courier is dispatched as soon as you book, and most deliveries arrive the same hour. You can also schedule a delivery for a set time, up to 30 days ahead.
How am I billed?
Business accounts get one invoice every Monday for the deliveries completed the week before, paid automatically from your bank account or card. One-off deliveries are paid by card when you book.
Is there a contract or monthly fee?
No. There’s no contract, no monthly fee and no commission. You only pay for deliveries, and you can stop any time.
