What is GoSwift?
GoSwift is a New York City delivery company. It delivers for restaurants and every other kind of business across all five boroughs for one flat price: $11 for the first 3 miles and $2 for each extra mile, with no commission. Restaurants also get Direct Growth, a free program that moves their regular customers from delivery apps to their own ordering site.
Is GoSwift a delivery app like DoorDash or Uber Eats?
No. GoSwift is not a marketplace, and customers don’t order through a GoSwift app. Customers order from the business directly, on its own ordering site, online store or phone, and GoSwift delivers the order for a flat fee. The business keeps the customer and the full value of the order.
Where does GoSwift deliver?
Anywhere in New York City’s five boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island, including trips between boroughs.
Who uses GoSwift?
Restaurants first, and every other business that sells something a customer wants today: florists, bakeries and cake shops, boutiques and retail shops, online stores, gift shops, offices and law firms, pet and specialty stores, dry cleaners and tailors, and grocery stores and markets.
What it costs
How much does GoSwift delivery cost?
$11 for the first 3 miles and $2 for each extra mile. A large package up to 50 lb is $10 extra. Scheduling is included. You see the exact price before you book.
Does GoSwift take a commission?
Never. GoSwift charges one flat delivery fee per order, and the business keeps 100% of the sale.
Is there a contract or monthly fee?
No. There’s no contract, no monthly fee and no setup fee. You pay only for completed deliveries and can stop any time.
How is billing handled?
Accounts get one invoice every Monday for the deliveries completed the week before, paid automatically from a bank account or card. One-off deliveries are paid by card when booked.
What is the GoSwift welcome credit?
New accounts earn up to $1,000 in delivery credit as their deliveries grow: $100 at 100 deliveries, $200 at 300, $300 at 600 and $400 at 1,000. It comes off the weekly invoice automatically.
For restaurants
Which systems does GoSwift work with?
Toast, Square, Clover, Uber Eats, ChowNow and GloriaFood for restaurants, and Shopify, WooCommerce and Squarespace for online stores. Orders reach a courier automatically. There’s nothing to switch and nothing to install.
What is Direct Growth?
A free GoSwift program that helps restaurants move their regular customers from delivery apps to the restaurant’s own ordering site, using order-direct cards with a QR code, a direct-order perk and Google’s “Order online” button. How it works.
Do restaurants have to leave the delivery apps?
No. Many keep the apps for new customers. Direct Growth focuses on regular customers, so more of a restaurant’s orders come in commission-free.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Sign-up is self-serve with no sales call and no new hardware. Most systems connect on the spot.
Is GoSwift cheaper than delivery app commission?
Usually, and the gap grows with the order size. On a $35 order, a 25% commission is $8.75. With GoSwift, delivery within 3 miles is $11; if the restaurant charges its customer a $5.99 delivery fee, its own share is about $5. Run your own numbers.

How fast is delivery?
A courier is dispatched as soon as you book, and most deliveries arrive the same hour. You can also schedule a delivery for a set time up to 30 days ahead.
Do customers get tracking?
Yes. Every delivery includes a live tracking link by text and photo proof of delivery.
Can florists and bakeries use GoSwift for same-day delivery?
Yes. Bouquets and celebration cakes are among the most common deliveries. Every booking has a notes field, such as “keep flat” or “fragile”, that the courier sees before pickup.
Can I send one delivery without an account?
Yes. Book a single delivery and pay by card, with no sign-up.
What can’t GoSwift carry?
Alcohol, tobacco or vape products, prescription medicine, cash or gift cards, items worth more than $500, weapons, hazardous materials, live animals and anything over 50 lb.
