A backup courier for your catering orders, 24/7.
Catering orders are the worst ones to miss. When your regular driver calls out or your delivery provider has no one available, you need a backup that answers. Here is how New York restaurants and caterers use GoSwift as one.
Pay as you go, no commitment
A GoSwift business account is free. There is no monthly fee, no minimum and no contract, so it costs nothing to keep on standby. You pay only for the deliveries you book, on one invoice every Monday.
Early mornings and late nights
We deliver 24 hours a day. Breakfast catering with a 6:30 AM pickup, or a late event drop-off, books the same way as any other delivery. Schedule it up to 30 days ahead, and the courier is booked about 20 minutes before pickup.
Trays, bags and large orders
Choose Car only for trays and multi-bag orders so everything travels flat in a car (+$12). Large packages up to 50 lb also go by car (+$12). Put setup notes, loading instructions or a contact at the venue in the courier notes.
If a courier doesn’t accept
If no courier accepts an order within 10 minutes, GoSwift automatically sends it to another courier and alerts our team. Every recipient gets live tracking by text, and you get photo proof of delivery.
High-value orders
Our standard limit is $500 of goods per order, and our liability is limited to the delivery fee. We can carry higher-value catering orders when agreed in writing, with anything above $500 covered by your own insurance. Email info@goswifthq.com before your first large order.
Set it up before you need it
Open a free business account, choose “I’ll book each delivery on goswifthq.com”, and bookmark your booking page. Next time your usual option falls through, booking takes under a minute.
