If you send many deliveries a week, entering them one by one takes hours. With a GoSwift business account you can paste a list and book them all at once. Here’s how.
What you need
A free GoSwift business account and your list in a spreadsheet, one delivery per row. The columns are: recipient name, recipient phone, drop-off address, date and time. Optional: what you’re sending, notes for the courier, and Car only (Yes or No).
Step by step
- Open your booking page and tap Many at once.
- Check the pickup address and choose the courier type: Car only for cakes and fragile items, or fastest courier.
- Copy your rows from Excel or Google Sheets, header row included, and paste them in. Or download the template, fill it in and upload it as a CSV file.
- Tap Check addresses and prices. Every row shows its time, address and price, and any row with a problem is marked in red with the reason.
- Fix or remove the red rows, confirm there are no restricted items, and tap Book.
What happens next
Each delivery is scheduled for its own time, and the courier is booked about 20 minutes before its pickup. Every recipient gets a tracking text. You get one email listing every delivery with its own cancel link, and everything goes on your Monday invoice.
Tips
- Write times with AM or PM, like 10:30 AM, or in 24-hour time, like 18:30. We deliver around the clock, so “6:30” alone is unclear.
- For a delivery window like 2–4 PM, we use the start time.
- Leave date and time empty to send that row as soon as possible.
