How to book in about a minute
- Enter the addresses. Pickup and drop-off anywhere in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx or Staten Island, including between boroughs.
- Choose how it travels. Fastest courier for most things, or car only for cakes, trays and anything that must stay flat.
- Pick a time. Send it now, or schedule it from 1 hour to 30 days ahead, any time of day or night.
- Pay by card. A courier is dispatched right away. If we can’t send a courier, you get your money back in full.
Tracking and proof on every delivery
The recipient gets a text with a live tracking link, so they know when it’s arriving. You get photo proof of delivery when it’s dropped off. Add notes for the courier, like a buzzer number, a front desk or “keep upright”, and they see them before pickup.

Your first 5 deliveries are free, you earn up to $500 in delivery credit, and everything goes on one invoice every Monday. It takes about 2 minutes to open an account, but you never need one to send a single delivery.

A courier is dispatched as soon as you book, and most deliveries arrive the same hour. You can also schedule a delivery up to 30 days ahead.
Do you deliver at night and on weekends?
Yes. GoSwift runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, across all five boroughs, at the same price.
What if a courier can’t be found?
If we can’t dispatch a courier, your payment is refunded in full.
